+-500th on the line to ** Cashier's Office

I left Whispering Palms Subd. at around 5:10 AM and come up in the school at around 6:35 AM only to find out that I had to fall in more or less 500th place on the line to the Cashier's Office. It is already 2:00 pm when I got my turn just to pay my ** tuition fee on this ** Cashier's Office.
Well, what's new with these problem, especially during the enrollment for second semester.

Buhay VSA

"Buhay VSA" means life of a VSA (Volunteer Student Assistant).
As a volunteer, we do services without any exchange. We are happy to help, especially in terms of trouble shooting a desktop computers.
We thank to our adviser who help us to explore and experienced things that must be learn of a Computer Engineering student.
